Opportunities for individuals

There is a wide range of opportunities available to everyone to both protect and improve the environment, address climate change and save money! If you would like to get involved and make a difference there are many support and campaigning organisations who are keen to help. Local Action 21 is an outcome of the Johannesburg Earth Summit in 2002 and most local authorities can support local community groups with waste disposal, recycling or local community improvment projects.
